- Renewal will be charged at the standard price of AED 3,000 + VAT annually.
Transparent Billing
- All fees and charges are clearly communicated before renewal.
- There are no hidden costs.
- Any on-demand additional services will be billed separately.
User Access Policy
- Each plan includes 3 free users.
- Additional users can be added at an extra cost.
- Pricing for extra users is determined by the Sales Team.
Data Allocation & Extra Usage
- Each license includes 1 GB of data storage.
- Additional data usage will be billed separately.
- Users will be notified in advance when their data usage is approaching the limit and alerted if it exceeds the allocated amount.
Advance Notifications
- Users will receive a 30-day advance notification before plan renewal.
Plan Features & Payment Policy
- Features depend on the selected plan.
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
- All annual payments are non-refundable once activated.
